Ahead of OSP's concert at the English Music Festival in Dorchester on 24 May, we are delighted to present a programme of English music in our home venue, St Paul's Church, Covent Garden. The concert features tenor Richard Edgar-Wilson and Philharmonia principal horn Katy Woolley performing the Britten Serenade, and acclaimed violinist Midori Komachi playing The Lark Ascending and Paul Patterson's Serenade for violin and orchestra. We will also give the UK première of Artistic Director Ben Palmer's arrangement of Dowland's In this trembling shadow, commissioned by the Deutsches Kammerorchester Berlin and first performed at the Berlin Philharmonie.
